Commencing January 1, 2025, annual Contractor Registration is required to work in the Village of Flossmoor. Registrations shall be valid from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year and the $100 registration fee shall be non-refundable.

All contractors are required to register with the Village and submit:
- $100 Registration Fee (not required for licensed Plumbers or Fire Alarm contractors)
- $10,000 Surety Bond* (License and Permit Bond) * licensed plumbers and roofers exempt
- Certificate of Insurance

Plumbers - State of Illinois Plumbing Contractor Registration (055-), & State of Illinois (058-) OR Chicago Plumber's License
Roofing Contractors - State of Illinois Roofer's License on File and Company Official's Driver's License
Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler Contractor - State of Illinois license
