Sept. 2025 UPDATE - J&J Newell Concrete replaced sidewalks on Western Avenue (between Flossmoor Road & Vardon Lane), Vardon Lane (between Brassie Avenue & Western Avenue) and on the westside of Brassie Avenue along Flossmoor Park in mid-September.
May 2025 UPDATE - The Sidewalk Replacement Project is complete. M&J Underground removed and replaced all specified sidewalks in the project limits. The Public Works Department performed asphalt patch work where driveways and roadways were cut to install the concrete. The contractor also installed topsoil and grass seed in any areas that were disturbed by their work.
